We always welcome young chefs to our team for paid positions as well as stages. Our menus are based on years of experience on the field and there is always a lot to learn.

We cook Italian contemporary cuisine, putting together traditions form all across Italy from north to deep south using old and new cooking techniques. We also use Asian cuisine a lot and like to be adventurous in other countries’ traditions. Improvement of knowledge is our main goal here at SOOD.
