Sood is an Italian pop-up restaurant concept started in Hackney, East-London. Sood was founded in 2016 by Carlo (30) ex-legal consultant in the City, London and Michele (26) ex-senior chef at Chiltern Firehouse, London.
Sood very first pop-up was in in Broadway Market (best seller the octopus ragu' & stracciatella ciabatta). Then Sood became traders at the new Well Street Market and launched their regular supper club in a number venues around Hackney. Sood also run two residencies over spring and summer 2017 before joining Nuno Mendes' project at The Kitchens in Old Spitalfields Market.

We respect all ingredients and combine different flavours using traditional and modern cooking techniques, giving our own interpretation and a contemporary touch to our dishes.
